  1. WELCOME TO GALAGA 94 VERSION 2.1

  4. This game was entirely designed by Arnold Pichler. That's me ! I hope
  5. I fixed all the bugs of version 1. Thanx to all the people who send
  6. me an E-mail. I decided to post the full version of the game this time.
  7. Because I really don't know if there will be another version (I fact
  8. I don't think so...).

  10. IMPROVEMENTS:
  11. -------------
  12. Of course this game needed really funky sound fx, so now GALAGA 
  13. supports sound blaster. It will also work with any other compatible 
  14. cards, but you may have to install your own driver. 
  15. Joystick is supported, but you have to choose between keys or joy-
  16. stick - not really a severe bug I guess. Finaly, the score table 
  17. changed a little bit, the difficulty level is added to your score. 
  18. If you want to erase the score table, just delete SCORES.DTA and 
  19. restart galaga, the game will build an empty new score table.

  21. SPEED / EQUIPMENT
  22. -----------------
  23. GALAGA was written to run on every PC/AT (not XT, is there still 
  24. anybody...?). On slow machines the animation will be a little bit
  25. cheesy, not as smooth as on my Intel 787/500Mhz ! Sorry for that.

  29. Again: I do not want money for this game. (Nobody would pay anyway.)
